We Won!The results are in, and while there are still a few ballots left to be counted, it is clear that Proposition 1 will be approved by voters, and our bus service will be preserved. A clear majority of voters in our community showed their support for public transportation, in spite of the vocal minority of naysayers - not to mention the recession.

Columbia River Economic Development Council Endorses Prop 1

Yesterday morning on Sept 15th, the Columbia River Economic Development Council endorsed proposition one.  This is great news to the campaign.  With a growing list of business, labor, environmental, and community organizations joining to together to preserve bus service.  The Columbia River Economic Development Council is a proactive, results-oriented non-profit assisting businesses with relocation and expansion in Clark County. Chamber of Commerce Endorses the Campaign

The Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce (GVCC) Board of Directors has voted to support Proposition 1, the C-TRAN Core Bus Preservation Plan, on the upcoming November 8, 2011 ballot.

Update from the Campaign

Thank you to everyone who attended and testified at the C-TRAN Board Meeting on April 12th, or sent letters expressing your support for protecting critical Clark County transit services.



Because of your efforts the C-TRAN Board voted to place the core bus preservation measure on this November's ballot and the light rail and bus rapid transit measure before voters in 2012.



We crossed the first hurdle to transit preservation, but now comes the hard part: we have to win this… Continue
